If you’re looking for a non-surgical face lift that targets sagging eyelids, puffy eyelids, under-eye bags, and facial wrinkles, OptiLIFT offers a clinically proven solution, without going under the knife.
OptiLIFT works by treating both the muscle and the skin together, combining two advanced technologies to lift, tone, and firm the face and eye area from the inside out. Beyond addressing the eyes, the treatment also supports overall facial toning and wrinkle reduction, helping to restore a smoother, firmer look across the skin. The result is a visibly tighter, more refreshed, and more youthful appearance, with noticeable results in as little as two weeks.
Most practitioners avoid treating close to the eyes, which means the delicate eyelid area is often left out of non-surgical lifting treatments altogether. Eden Eyecare can treat this area directly, to reduce eyelid laxity, droopy eyelids, and the tired, heavy-eyed look that comes with age, while also toning and tightening the wider face.
It’s also increasingly popular for those experiencing facial volume loss linked to Ozempic or Mounjaro (“Ozempic face”), helping restore structural support and firmness.
As we age, the muscles around the eyes and across the face naturally weaken, which is one of the main causes of sagging eyelids, hooding, puffiness, and loss of facial tone. OptiLIFT addresses this at the source.
The treatment gently stimulates these muscles with precise, controlled pulses, working them much like a targeted workout. This helps rebuild strength and tone in the muscles supporting the eyelid and surrounding face, so the skin sits back in a firmer, more lifted position, naturally reducing the appearance of droopy or puffy eyelids while improving overall facial muscle tone.
At the same time, the treatment gently warms the deeper layers of skin to boost the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, the proteins responsible for firm, elastic skin. This further tightens loose skin, softens fine lines and wrinkles, and reduces the puffiness associated with eye bags, enhancing the overall lifting and wrinkle-reducing effect across the face.
Together, these two actions make OptiLIFT one of the most effective non-surgical face lift treatments available, combining muscle-strengthening and skin-tightening for both facial toning and targeted eye-area rejuvenation in a single procedure. Available at our Penrith Clinic.

OptiLIFT 4 sessions: £1250 (top up: £250)
OptiLIFT + OptiLIGHT 4 sessions: £2400 (top up: £450)
Non surgical facelift 4 sessions: £2500 (top up: £500)
To keep you comfortable throughout, our Clinical Lead, Mr Iain Macnish, will first place soft shields over your eyelids to protect them from the light pulses, along with a thin layer of cooling gel around the eyes for extra protection. He will then gently guide a small handheld device over the treatment area.
The treatment itself is quick, comfortable, and completely non-invasive. You’ll likely feel a gentle warmth as the skin is treated, along with a mild pulsing or twitching sensation as the muscles are gently activated, most people find it a relaxing experience.
Results build gradually with each session, and you’ll usually start noticing a difference after just two weeks.
A typical plan involves four sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart depending on your skin’s needs. Each session takes around 20 minutes, with no downtime, so you can get straight on with your day. To keep results looking their best, we recommend a top-up session every 8 to 12 months.

Treat visible thread veins, facial redness, and broken capillaries with precision, no downtime, no surgery.
Thread veins, facial flushing and the small clusters of visible blood vessels that tend to gather around the nose and cheeks are incredibly common, and incredibly frustrating to cover up. They can appear with age, sun exposure, weather, or simply as part of someone’s skin type, and they don’t respond to skincare alone.
The OptiLIGHT aesthetic treatment works with incredible precision on visible blood vessels for a clearer, brighter appearance, available from our Penrith Clinic, Cumbria.
The vascular filter is an optical attachment for the OptiLIGHT handpiece, tuned to the exact wavelengths that blood vessels absorb. Light energy is directed at the vessel, causing it to gently heat and collapse. Over the following weeks, it fades naturally, without affecting the skin around it.
For a more complete result, combine the vascular filter with OptiLIFT, our non-surgical treatment for facial and eyelid laxity. Together: a fuller, more natural-looking refresh, without needles or surgery.
Vascular filter → treats colour, redness, and visible veins
OptiLIFT → treats tone, tightness, and texture
Rosacea is very closely linked with Dry Eye, with around 20% of dry eye patients suffering from an associated form of rosacea linked to Demodex, a microscopic mite that lives in the eyelash follicles and meibomian glands.
Check your symptoms to see if you may have Dry Eye too.
The vascular filter is ideal if you have visible thread veins, facial redness, or broken capillaries, particularly around the nose, cheeks, or eyes, and you’re looking for a precise, non-invasive way to treat them.
It’s best suited to fair-to-medium skin tones, and not recommended during pregnancy, on actively tanned skin, or over active skin infections.
Every treatment starts with a consultation, so the Eden Eyecare team can confirm suitability and tailor a plan to your skin.
